How you'll make an impact in this role:Develop and Oversee Care Programs: Lead the design of patient care programs and therapy plans, acting as a trusted resource for nursing staff to elevate clinical standards and policies.
Ensure Plan Implementation: Oversee the daily execution of care plans, proactively securing the necessary resources and medical equipment ordered for patient treatment.
Guide and Supervise Staff: Direct and support nursing team members as needed to maintain high-quality care delivery and cohesive teamwork.
Maintain Accurate Documentation: Coordinate, assemble, and manage required clinical documentation to ensure a seamless, high-quality record of the patient's care journey.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with one year of specialized experience in Electrophysiology and current BLS certification.
Highly organized professional with a proven ability to multitask and communicate effectively while maintaining flexibility across diverse clinical roles.
