Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric and acute care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including psychosocial assessments and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner charting system, including progress notes, assessments, and treatment updates.
  • Execute emergency procedures and respond effectively to patient crises, including involuntary evaluations and 5150 holds.
  • Support unit operations by floating to different departments as needed, ensuring high-quality patient care across various units.
