How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead shift operations and clinical flow by assigning, directing, and mentoring nursing and support staff across your specialty unit to guarantee safe, high-quality patient care.
Optimize daily patient care assignments using independent clinical judgment to balance patient acuity with staffing strengths, ensuring we maintain productivity standards while meeting every patient''s specific needs.
Champion patient and family experiences by proactively addressing care concerns and managing resolutions through established channels to uphold our high standards of care.
Equip and resource your team by facilitating the availability of essential materials, equipment, and supplies, allowing your nurses to focus entirely on the patient journey.
Shape the future of the unit by providing vital input into the hiring, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations of your shift associates.
