Schedule: Full-time | Night shift 6pm - 6am

Responsibilities

Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care.

Lead and support nursing teams during assigned shifts, creating a collaborative environment that delivers safe, high-quality patient care.

Plan and coordinate daily staffing and assignments, ensuring patients receive the right level of care at the right time.

Anticipate patient and physician needs, adjusting priorities to maintain smooth, efficient unit operations.

Address patient care concerns promptly and professionally, reinforcing a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Contribute to hiring, coaching, and developing team members, helping build a strong, high-performing clinical team.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

Minimum 2 years of experience in the ED.

Charge nurse experience.
