How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Drive Clinical Excellence: Assess, plan, implement, and elevate educational activities across diverse nursing clinical areas, ensuring our teams are empowered to deliver world-class patient care.

  • Act as a Strategic Consultant: Partner with healthcare leadership to design, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted, competency-based programs that directly enhance clinical performance and delivery mechanisms.

  • Champion Lifelong Learning: Consult on the full lifecycle—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation—of Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs that uphold our organization-wide clinical standards.

  • Elevate Scope of Practice: Establish and manage performance and competency benchmarks for inter-professional programs, inspiring our clinical staff to practice to the absolute highest extent of their licensure.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

 

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.


Work Experience:

  • Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • Labor and delivery and postpartum experience required
  • NRP instructor preferred
