Facility: Ascension Medical Group Seton Womens Health - Davis Lane

Department/Specialty: OBGYN

Schedule: Full time | Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Deliver Compassionate, High-Quality Care: Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care rooted in organizational excellence, ensuring every patient receives safe, personalized, and empathetic treatment.

  • Drive Patient Outcomes: Implement, monitor, and adapt individualized care plans while tracking clinical conditions in real-time to proactively manage patient health and safety.

  • Champion Collaborative Care: Serve as the central coordinator across multidisciplinary healthcare teams, seamlessly executing physician orders and aligning specialists for a unified approach to recovery.

  • Secure Seamless Transitions: Evaluate and coordinate comprehensive discharge plans from day one, empowering patients and their families with the resources needed for safe, successful continuity of care at home.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • 2 years of RN experience
  • 1 year of L&D experience preferred
