How you'll make an impact in this role
Deliver compassionate nursing care in alignment with our high standards of safety and clinical excellence to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Implement and adapt patient care plans, continuously monitoring progress to deliver proactive, individualized treatment.
Champion multidisciplinary collaboration by serving as the central coordinator between doctors, specialists, and families for seamless, well-communicated care.
Assess and execute physician orders with precision and clinical judgment, ensuring safety and accuracy at every step of the patient''s recovery.
Orchestrate thoughtful discharge planning alongside the healthcare team to set patients up for a safe, successful transition back to their daily lives.

Minimum Qualifications: Requires at least one year of professional nursing experience, with a specific background in pediatric nursing and pediatric primary care or outpatient settings.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in a second language (bilingual) and prior experience administering vaccines are highly desirable.
