Saunders Staffing is recruiting for RN staff in the Weston WV area. Must be licensed and in good standing in the state of WV with one year experience in psychiatric care.Full time,  must be flexible with all shifts as needed. 
Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care for patients with varying levels of acuity. This position involves independent assessment, care planning, patient education, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The RN performs advanced clinical tasks, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and maintains detailed and accurate patient records. Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to clinical standards.- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver coordinated patient care.- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.- Maintain detailed documentation in electronic health record systems.- Lead and support nursing staff in ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Qualifications:- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.- Active RN license.- 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
