Summary: Duration: 13 Weeks (06/23/2026 to 09/26/2026) Shift: 12H Rotating Days/Nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the CICU Open Heart Unit. Adhere to the 50 Mile Radius Rule and float requirements as needed. Work up to 75% of shifts during weekends. Be flexible to float or be reassigned within clinical competence areas within 35 miles of the assigned facility. Requirements: Education: BSN required; will consider ADN with 6 years of experience. Licensure/Certification: Colorado RN license or multi-state compact license, PALS, ACLS, BLS. Minimum of 2-3 years of Staff RN experience in a dedicated CVPICU (pediatric CICU OH). Previous travel experience required. Required Certifications: PALS Heartcode, ACLS Heartcode, BLS. Preferred Skills: CCRN & VAD experience preferred. Teaching Hospital Experience (strongly preferred). Additional Notes: No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment. Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed.
