Registered Nurse - Charge Nurse

Summary:

• Duration: 13 Weeks Contract (06/09/26 - 09/12/26)
• Shift Times: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, Friday-Sunday
• Location: Within 50 miles of the originally assigned facility

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Charge Nurse on Fridays
• Work in the Operating Room on Saturdays and Sundays
• Respond to on-call requirements as per department needs with a 30-minute call response time

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Active RN license (State or Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous Operating Room experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility
• Pediatric experience
• Strong Ortho, General, Spine & Neuro experience
• Charge experience

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to scrub

Additional Information:

• No RTO approved within the first two weeks of assignment
• Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed
