Program Highlights:
Participants will complete a paid, immersive 6‑week onboarding program that combines hands-on learning with guided support from experienced Case Management professionals. The program also includes 43 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) that are applicable toward your nursing license.
To further support your professional growth and long-term success, the organization fully covers the American Case Management Association (ACM) certification exam, along with all required study materials—removing financial barriers and investing in your development from day one.

As a Case Manager, your role will be to support patients and families through every step of their care journey.
