Millennium Home Health Care, Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager. Experience preferred with patient interaction in the home setting and knowledge of Oasis assessments (Start of Care, Resumption, Recert and Discharge). Use of other skills include IV therapy, PICC line care, wound care, foley catheter management and lab draws. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and paid days off. Mileage reimbursement is also paid. Annual Pay Range $80,000-85,000 (negotiable) DOE SIGN ON BONUS $5000 (paid quarterly)
