• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $75.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (5x8 Hours), 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Job Summary

This is a Registered Nurse/Case Manager travel contract position at an Acute Care Facility. The role requires a seasoned traveler (first-time travelers are not accepted) with hospital-based acute care case management experience. Behavioral health experience does not apply toward the experience requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient caseload with day shift ratios of 1:25 and weekend ratios of 1:45
• Perform acute care case management and discharge planning
• Work weekends as required to meet department needs (every other weekend)

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Acute Care Case Management/Discharge Planning experience required
• Must have hospital experience; behavioral health experience does not apply
• Must be a seasoned traveler first-time travelers are a hard stop and will not be considered
