Registered Nurse/Case Manager

Location: Anchorage, AK

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

Contract Details

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Pay Rate: $77.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: 5x8 Days shift times may vary, but will be one of the following: 0700 1500 or 0800 1600
  • Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks
  • Travel Requirements: Local candidates not accepted candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Pediatric Case Manager RN travel/contract position at an acute hospital in Anchorage, AK. The facility is a Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma Center, and USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska, with 407 total staffed beds. The role requires active AK RN licensure in hand for Auto Offer consideration and pediatric experience.

Required Skills

  • Must have Epic experience
  • Must have Acute Care experience
  • Pediatric (Peds) experience required
  • Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
  • Weekend availability required every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule

Preferred Skills

  • ACM (Accredited Case Manager) Certification preferred

Education Requirements

  • AK RN License in hand required for Auto Offer consideration
  • Pending AK RN license candidates may be screened; license in hand required for Auto Offer

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Pediatric (Peds) experience required
  • First-time travelers accepted

Important Notes

  • AK RN license in hand is required for Auto Offer; pending license candidates may be screened but will not receive an Auto Offer.
  • RTO Restrictions: Only 1 time-off request per 13-week assignment of 5 days or less. No holiday RTO for Auto Offer.
  • Open to block schedule: No
  • Local candidates not accepted candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility.
