12-hour Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am | Every 3rd Weekend & Holiday

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. In this role, you will:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to ensure safe, effective outcomes
  • Continuously improve nursing quality through data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Serve as an advocate for patients and their families
  • Practice nursing with professionalism, accountability, and compassion

What You'll Bring

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
  • Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license
  • Specialty certification preferred and maintained per department scope
  • Ideally 3+ years of RN experience in a comparable setting
  • Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • ACLS required; PALS or NRP may be required based on department needs
  • A strong commitment to teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care
