Registered Nurse Cardiac Rehab

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Rehab program. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based care to patients recovering from cardiac events and procedures, performing assessments, ECG/telemetry monitoring, and individualized exercise and education plans. Collaborate with cardiologists, therapists, and other team members to optimize recovery, manage risk factors, and support lifestyle changes.
