Schedule: Day shift | Full-time | 3x12s | Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Salary range: $42.43 - $59.90 per hour

• Provided direct nursing care to behavioral health patients, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and monitoring patient progress throughout treatment.

• Developed, implemented, and updated individualized nursing care plans aligned with multidisciplinary treatment goals and patient needs.

• Collaborated with interdisciplinary treatment teams to participate in case conferences, revise treatment objectives, and coordinate patient-centered care.

• Facilitated therapeutic interventions, including group therapy sessions, evaluated patient responses to treatment, and modified care plans to support positive clinical outcomes.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
