Job Title: Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Care

Shift: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Ambulatory Care for a 13-week assignment in Syracuse, New York. The ideal candidate will have strong acute care nursing skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent outpatient and oncology experience
- Infusion experience preferred
- Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred
Requirements
- Current New York State RN License/Registration
- BLS Certification required
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the last 2 years in a hospital setting of similar size and level
- Travelers must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Successful completion of drug screening, background check, and health clearance required

- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments in an acute care/ambulatory setting
- Deliver high-quality patient care with minimal orientation and supervision
- Execute patient care skills efficiently and safely
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
