Pay Range

$38.20 - $57.30

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position may be eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility.

Where You Will Work:

Our progressive care unit is a 19-bed, high acuity progressive department that is comprised of patients from all of CMCs ICUs, the ED, and occasional rapid responses.

Were Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates.
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS Required within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred

What Youll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Atrium Healths Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) is the flagship hospital of Atrium Health, which is distinguished throughout the Southeastern United States for its excellent patient care and medical expertise. CMC serves as the regions only Level 1 Trauma center, is Magnet-designated, and also an approved transplant center for heart, kidney, pancreas and liver. We also serve as one of North Carolinas five Academic Medical Center Teaching Hospitals, providing residency training for more than 200 physicians in 15 specialties and serve as a satellite for the medical school at UNC-Chapel Hill.
