Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions

Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Assist with admissions, care planning, and discharge coordination
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Support residents with changing medical and psychosocial needs
Requirements:
Active Arizona RN License or Compact License
