What You'll Do:

  • Provide nutrition services across Skyview at Bridgeport
  • Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and document findings in the electronic medical record
  • Develop and adjust care plans based on clinical data, including labs, weight trends, intake, and diagnoses
  • Deliver nutrition education to residents, families, and staff
  • Partner with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams to support resident outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with CMS, federal, and Nebraska state regulations
  • Support multiple locations as needed, with flexibility built into scheduling

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited dietetics program (ACEND/CADE approved)
  • Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Active state licensure in Nebraska.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional standards
  • Experience in long-term care or clinical nutrition (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams
