Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (Based on experience) + $30,000 in Production Bonuses

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hygiene care, including routine prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance.
- Perform thorough clinical screenings, including full periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and reviewing comprehensive medical histories.
- Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos to assist with accurate diagnostics.
- Educate patients with clarity and empathy regarding their oral health, preventative care strategies, and prescribed treatment plans.
- Maintain precise, compliant electronic records and collaborate smoothly with the doctors and clinical assistants to keep the daily schedule on track.
Qualifications
- Active State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- New Graduates Welcome! We provide excellent onboarding and clinical support for recent grads.
