Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $55–$60/hour
- Annualized Compensation: Approximately $114,400 – $124,800/year based on full-time schedule
- Additional Earnings: Base hourly compensation plus commission opportunities

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and preventive dentistry
- Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene procedures
- Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
