We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and dependable Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a Washington State Registered Dental Assistant with at least two years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Responsibilities:
  • Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
  • Chart treatment and document clinical notes accurately in Dentrix
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans as needed
  • Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
  • Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed
  • Support a positive, patient-centered experience from start to finish
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure
  • Previous experience as a dental assistant - 2 years
  • Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required
  • Dentrix and Dexis experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to provide high-quality patient care
  •  Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
