Responsibilities:


    1. Provide chairside assistance during procedures, including room setup, instrument passing, temporary crown fabrication, digital scanning, and Invisalign, case management.

    2. Take and develop dental X‑rays with accuracy and full safety compliance.

    3. Sterilize instruments and maintain equipment per infection‑control standards.

    4. Manage patient flow: greet patients, gather medical histories, review treatment plans and post‑op instructions, and assist in managing Invisalign patients.

    5. Maintain accurate charts, treatment notes, and billing information in line with privacy regulations.

    6. Schedule and manage appointments, patient communication, and follow‑ups.



Qualifications:


  • Completion of an accredited dental assisting program and current registration as a Dental Assistant (RDA) in [insert state or region].
  • X-ray certification and experience in taking and developing dental X-rays.
  • Proficiency in dental software and computer skills for maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in patient care.
  • CPR certification is preferred but not required.
