Overview:
D & M Behavioral Solutions, a leader in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. This W-2 position offers competitive pay and the opportunity for professional growth within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy programs as directed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Work directly with clients to support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collect data on client progress and report to supervising BCBA.
- Maintain a consistent schedule with clients, providing reliable support and intervention.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with family members and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client goals.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician credential in good standing.
- Active Medicaid Provider ID with NPI linked to it
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes or other designated locations.
