Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing, mission-driven clinical team. Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings
Collect and record accurate session data in Rethink within 24 hours
Maintain fidelity to Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with families and communicate progress with supervising BCBAs
Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing team check-ins
Active RBT certification
At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
Strong data collection and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
