Job SummaryWe are seeking a
Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environment
Experience- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- Medicaid provider number (Preferred)
- RBT Certification (Required)
