The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic team in Midlothian, VA. This role is ideal for an RBT who values a structured weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work one-on-one with children in a clinic setting.
This is a full-time, clinic-based position offering predictable daytime hours and the ability to focus on high-quality care within a supportive team environment.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Clinic-based position
(Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
Collect and record behavioral data accurately
Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
Reliable transportation required
Professional, dependable, and compassionate
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to pass required background checks
