Job Description:
VHS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in California. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in behavioral intervention and be committed to improving lives through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Collect data and monitor client progress
- Support clients in developing functional skills
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality care
- Maintain detailed documentation of interventions and client progress
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician certification (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with individuals with IDD or related populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time hours and adapt to a dynamic environment
