What You'll Do:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on accepted principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Licensed Behavior Analysts, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent and effective support.
  • Support clients in developing daily living skills, social skills, and independence.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and ethical standards to ensure a safe, positive environment.

Required Skills:
  • Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and respectful approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working with individuals with IDD or autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
  • Knowledge of ABA techniques and behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Experience with data collection tools and software.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Prior experience as an RBT or direct care provider in a behavioral health setting (preferred).

Other Requirements:
  • Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Ability to pass a background check and health screening.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned service areas if necessary.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all licensing and certification standards.
