Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician - IDD - California

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide expert support and behavioral intervention services in California. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based behavioral therapies, assisting clients in achieving their goals, and improving their quality of life. Your efforts will directly contribute to positive behavioral change and independence for those you serve.

Required Skills:
  • Valid RBT certification with current registration
  • Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and data collection methods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to implement behavior interventions such as Ukeru, Proact, and CPR when required

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working with individuals with IDD in residential or community settings
  • Bilingual abilities
  • CPR and first aid certification
  • Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and tools

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, social work, or related fields preferred
  • Prior experience as an RBT or in a behavioral therapy setting is advantageous

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain CPR, Proact, and Ukeru training
  • Must pass background checks and provide references
  • Ability to travel within designated service areas as needed

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $0.00 (please specify competitive pay upon application).
