Your Core Responsibilities

• Balance inventory with regional demand by partnering closely with the Purchasing team.
• Own all fulfillment activities for the region: shipping, receiving, and efficient truck loading/unloading.
• Confirm every receipt/packing slip has a valid PO and record it precisely in ERP (NetSuite).
• Execute interval cycle counts and lead a full quarterly physical inventory.
• Organize surplus materials; maintain safe, well-labeled storage and clean, orderly aisles.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and traceability within NetSuite.
• Keep Profire Technicians’ trucks stocked; complete electronic warehouse-to-truck transfers locally and in-state.
• Run the walk-in sales process, delivering responsive, customer-focused support.
• Support Purchaser with vendor pricing for local and special projects; build relationships with local suppliers.
• Source raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods as directed by management.
• Communicate proactively with Sales, Service, and Purchasing on availability and delivery of materials, tools, and supplies.
• Drive on-time order releases via accurate ERP (NetSuite) transactions.
• Maintain the right inventory of tools and warehouse equipment.
• Per Production Manager direction, assemble, paint, and test standardized “Fuel Train” SKUs for warehouse use.
• Oversee site and facilities items: janitorial and maintenance services, yard upkeep and pest control, security/alarm coordination, and utilities administration (e.g., TXU, City of Odessa, AT&T).

How You’ll Collaborate

Reporting to the Inventory Operations Manager, you’ll partner with internal stakeholders and interact with the public, the Purchaser, and field technicians. You operate with a strong service mindset, prioritize safety, and execute with speed and accuracy.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Hands-on shipping/receiving and warehouse experience.
• Practical maintenance and repair skills.
• Excellent communication across teams and with customers.
• Background in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfort with Warehouse Management systems and ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred).
