10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-site, high-volume environment (e.g., distribution, logistics, manufacturing, building products, or industrial services)Proven success owning a regional P&L and driving both growth and profitabilityExperience leading large, distributed teams across multiple locations (10+ sites preferred)Strong operational foundation combined with a commercial mindset and experience driving revenue growth5+ years in a leadership role, overseeing remote/decentralized team membersDemonstrated success operating in complex, matrixed organizationsExperience in high-growth, transformation, or PE-backed environments preferredStrong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
