JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Northern California. This influential position offers a unique chance to drive growth, forge innovative partnerships, and shape the direction of multiple centers. You will oversee operations, financial management, and strategic partnerships while creating a culture of safety delivering exceptional patient care. As the RVP, you will play a key role in driving case volume growth and EBITDA, while actively recruiting top surgeons and strengthening relationships with existing physician partners. Your leadership will propel expansion efforts, fostering a high-performing culture and ensuring minimal employee turnover. In this role, you'll also champion operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and implement strategies that drive long-term success all centers.

Up to 75% travel required throughout the Northern California market. Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
COMPENSATION
Pay: $200,000-$330,000 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience. Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-50% depending on role level. Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses. #LI-CD1
