We are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee multiple assisted living communities within a defined region. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving financial performance goals.
The ideal candidate will lead and support Executive Directors, develop staff, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and occupancy. Strong leadership, multi-site management experience, owner relations and a background in senior living or healthcare operations are required. Experience with Medicaid is highly desired.

Oversees and directs all operating components of communities in the region to include management of General Managers, budget, team member and customer satisfaction, quality and regulatory compliance, and occupancy. Responsible to train and motivate personnel in order to balance staffing strength with profitability and growth. General Managers of each community within the region report to the Regional Vice President.
