The Vice President is an experienced executive who provides management, direction, leadership and oversight to ensure the accounts are maintained and operated in accordance with the company standards and established community's objectives. The position is responsible for developing programs and systems to support the strategic direction and aligning business plans with organizational objectives. This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will serve as a member of the executive team.

Competencies:
Supervisory Responsibility: This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
Work Environment: This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. The job will visit sites which are condominium high-rise buildings and home owner associations that may have food and beverage operation on-site. The sites will have moderate to loud noise and may be under construction.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required lift objects up to 25 lbs. The position requires walk-throughs of the properties within the portfolio to identify any inconsistencies of the company standards.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.
