Position: Regional Vice President
This role leads financial advisor teams across a designated region, focusing on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client service. The high-impact, player-coach position requires managing KPIs, coaching advisors, maintaining a personal client base, and supporting marketing efforts to generate new business. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in financial services with leadership experience, relevant licenses (Series 65/7/66, Life & Health), strong communication skills, and the ability to travel. Compensation includes a base salary of $100k+ with unlimited upside, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and 401k matching.
