What We Offer
Join our 26-member Patient Placement Team, supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly.
What You'll Do
• Triage calls & transfers like a pro • Coordinate air and ground transport • Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams • Manage patient placement across hospitals • Schedule 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week) • Rotating holidays (2 major + 1 minor) • No call shifts
What We're Looking For
RN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus) Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment

What We're Looking For
Education: • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred • BSN preferred
Experience: • 2 years experience, required • Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred
Licensure/Certification: • Current RN license, required
Additional Skills (required): • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High level of problem solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions • Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage/coordinate effectively the work of non-subordinates
