Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Regional Street Sales Manager.This sales leadership opportunity is within our industry leading Institutional division, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the Cleaning and Sanitation industries. In this role, you will lead a team of 12–14 high‑performing Street Sales Development Managers to drive competitive gain business by developing strategic sales plans, prospecting, and closing new business. You will partner closely with in‑market Field Sales teams to grow and retain Street Agreement business through established street initiatives and protocols. You will be accountable for driving new street gain, delivering pricing results, leading Retain and Grow initiatives for street business, and executing National Street Initiatives at the local market level.

What You Will Do:

•Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a diverse, high‑performing sales team

•Lead regional new‑business sales growth and deliver short‑ and long‑term financial results within the Institutional division

•Set clear team and individual objectives and hold teams accountable for results

•Own regional sales pipeline management using Salesforce

•Partner with Field Sales teams to drive retention and growth of Street Agreement Business and execute competitive market strategies

•Oversee customer contract movement and ensure pricing integrity within assigned geography

•Manage emerging chain strategies across the region

•Execute National Street Initiatives and ensure consistent local implementation

•Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to execute regional strategies and initiatives

•Champion a Safety First culture with clear accountability

•Mentor and develop future sales leaders and top talent

Position Details:

•Candidate must reside withina commutable distance (within 50 miles) of Washington, DC or Philadelphia, PA

50% overnight travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree

•5+ years foodservice, hospitality, or related industry sales experience 

•Prior experience managing a sales team

•Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Preferred Qualifications:

•Master’s degree or MBA

•Business to business sales experience in the foodservice, hospitality, education, or healthcare industries

•Strong selling and influencing skills

•Ability to drive sales results that impact the bottom line

•Ability to implement change initiatives and adapt to changing business environments

•Leadership and career progression managing within a sales and service organization

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $119,400.00 - $179,000.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
