Regional SH&E Manager Logistics

Ecolab is seeking a NA SH&E Manager, Logistics (EC3s) to support the North American Supply Chain team. As a NA SH&E Manager, you will lead Safety, Health and Environmental (SH&E) programs across Ecolab's Customer Care Centers (EC3s – warehouse locations), ensuring alignment with global strategy and compliance with North American regulatory requirements. Responsible for SH&E leading and lagging metric rollup.Develop and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to focus on injuries, near misses and unsafe acts / conditions. Perform analysis and provide recommendations.Perform incident investigations and assist determining root cause and corrective actions.Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs and procedures and provide recommendations to control the risks involved.Ensure businesses conform to Ecolab Global SH&E Policies as well as applicable federal and state regulatory requirements.Engage and collaborate with the SH&E Divisional Business Partners and safety champions to gain cross‑functional support and to identify opportunities for leveraging initiatives across Divisions.Implement and deliver global SH&E related training programs including Safety Leadership.Facilitate development and implementation of the industrial hygiene program for all sites.Position Details (Location & Work Schedule)Location: Flexible; ideally field‑based near a major EC3 (warehouse) location within North AmericaTravel: Up to 30%Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or a technical / chemical engineering degree or equivalent experience8 years of experience in a safety roleDemonstrated project management, coaching, training and mentoring skillsEffective leadership and interpersonal skills to successfully build and influence collaborative working relationships across the organizationRecord of consistently delivering results despite obstacles and setbacksStrong verbal and written communication skills in a variety of communication settings (one‑on‑one, small and large groups), across diverse styles and position levelsAble to travel up to 30%Immigration sponsorship not available for this rolePreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in safety or other technical discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology) or Operations Management / Supply Chain ManagementPrevious experience with personal safety and behavior‑based safety programsExperience with hazardous materials and process safety managementCertification as a Safety ProfessionalPolicy development / Safety Management System experienceAnnual Or Hourly Compensation RangeThe base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
