Were seeking a hands-on Regional Service Technician who brings both hands-on technical expertise and strong communication skills to the table. This role blends the responsibilities of a bench technician with the adaptability required to support all aspects of a modern computing environment. You'll serve as a key point of contact for diagnosing and resolving issues related to workstations, hardware, software, networks, and more - both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Strong troubleshooting experience across hardware, OS, and networking
Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office
Microsoft 365 experience required; Azure or virtualization exposure is a plus
Working knowledge of:
Active Directory & Group Policy
Business networks and user support
Basic server environments
Solid understanding of endpoint security and antivirus tools
Strong customer service & communication skills, including ability to:
Communicate clearly and professionally
Share ideas effectively
Actively listen and understand others
Build strong working relationships
Work hands-on and independently
Engage confidently and directly with clients
Valid drivers license
