Regional Senior Manager - Special Events and Promotions (Caesars Palace LV)

The Senior Manager of Special Events & Promotions assists with strategic planning, operational execution, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination of high-profile events, promotions, and player development experiences across multiple Las Vegas properties. This role serves as a key operational leader responsible for delivering elevated guest experiences that drive revenue, brand positioning, loyalty engagement, and operational excellence.

This position partners closely with Marketing, Casino Operations, Hospitality, Compliance, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Finance, Security, and Executive Leadership to ensure flawless execution of complex citywide initiatives, VIP activations, promotional campaigns, tournaments, and signature events.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, solutions-driven leader with strong financial insight, exceptional communication skills, and deep experience managing large-scale casino, hospitality, or entertainment events in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in special events, casino marketing, entertainment operations, hospitality, or large-scale promotions.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional event operations.
• Experience overseeing high-volume, fast-paced event environments with multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Strong understanding of casino operations, gaming compliance, hospitality operations, and promotional execution preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be fluent and literate in English.
• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions, when handling guest and employee conflicts.
• Must be able to maneuver from floor to floor via stairways (minimum of 200 steps) or by escalator.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (6 to 10 hours).
• Must be able to walk long distances.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Must have manual dexterity to stoop, bend, twist, grab, grip, type, pull, hold, tear, sort, and reach, as well as operate office and computer equipment.

• Must be able to work outdoors and in varying temperatures including extreme heat and humidity.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include weekends, nights and holidays.
• Lead the development, planning, and execution of large-scale special events, casino promotions, VIP experiences, and hospitality activations across multiple properties.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to align event strategies with company initiatives and operational priorities.
• Identify opportunities to innovate, elevate guest experiences, and improve operational efficiencies across events and promotions.
• Oversee all phases of event execution including complex operational timelines, concept development, logistics, staffing, vendor coordination, production schedules, transportation, guest services, entertainment operations, and post-event reconciliation.
• Ensure all event documentation, operational packets, compliance files, production schedules, and SOPs are accurate, organized, and audit ready.
• Develop and maintain elevated operational playbooks and execution standards for all events.
• Develop event budgets and financial reconciliations for all assigned programs and activations.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop event managers, coordinators, and operational teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, urgency, and service excellence.
• Establish clear expectations, operational standards, and performance metrics for the events and promotions team.
• Assist in workforce planning, staffing strategies, scheduling, and labor management for event operations.
• Ensure all events and promotions comply with company policies, Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations, internal audit requirements, and legal/compliance standards.
• Prepare and oversee required submissions, approvals, promotional rules, and operational documentation related to gaming and promotional compliance.
• Partner with Risk Management, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure safe and compliant event operations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of gaming regulations, promotional compliance procedures, and operational risk mitigation practices.
• Serve as a visible operational leader during events, ensuring exceptional guest service standards and elevated VIP experiences.
• Resolve high-level guest concerns, operational escalations, and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency.
