Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As an FSR, you'll report directly to the National Sales Manager for the Western Region and take ownership of exceeding sales targets across CA, WA, OR, AK, Northern ID, and HI. Your expertise in technical product knowledge and business development will help you transform customer pain points into tailored solutions that set us apart from the competition.

What You'll Do:

Meet and exceed regional sales goals for Process Analytics products in key markets including California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Northern Idaho, and Hawaii.
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by mastering product applications and delivering value-driven solutions.
Proactively penetrate new accounts and expand business opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans, incorporating lead generation, cold calling, product demos, technical seminars, and feasibility tests.
Collaborate with channel partners to achieve regional sales growth.
Achieve technical proficiency with all Mettler-Toledo Process Analytics products and maintain deep competitive knowledge.
Use your application expertise to identify new prospects who can benefit from our advanced technology.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years with liquid analytical instrumentation and/or water purification equipment.
3+ years direct sales experience.
Deep knowledge of microelectronics applications and accounts.
Energetic, analytical, and performance driven.
High integrity, commitment, and ethics.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel 50-75%, both driving and overnight.
