About the Role:

As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving capital equipment sales directly to end users and through a network of distributors and channel partners. This role reports to a supportive, high-energy leader and offers full training and transition support from the team member being promoted. You will be responsible for current business just over 4 Mil. and opening new business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and grow sales territory from Maine to Virginia

Sell high-quality stretch wrapping systems and other end-of-line packaging solutions

Work directly with end users, distributors, and channel partners

Travel approximately 60% throughout your territory

Leverage hundreds of machines in stock and same-day parts shipping to close quick-turn sales

Represent a trusted OEM brand with over 100 patents and deep investment in R&D

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience selling capital machinery, preferably in packaging equipment
Must have experience selling through distributors or channel partners.

Strong background selling to Food & Beverage manufacturers

A proven book of business and a track record of sales success

Bachelor’s degree required

Self-starter who thrives in a solution-based, technical sales environment
