Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand and strengthen the customer base.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Establish and grow sales while servicing accounts, creating sales plans and goals, and developing marketing strategies.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Drive competition and innovation by building awareness of market and product offerings.
  • Manage the sales cycle and team to ensure contracts, obligations, and commitments are exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Evidence of continuous learning (conferences, certifications, etc.).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 15 years in industrial manufacturing sales.
    • Ability to speak technically about industrial bearings and machined components.
    • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels.
    • Strong professional instincts and ability to bridge American and European business practices.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Ability to articulate technical solutions confidently and accurately.
  • Cultural Fit:
    • Fluent in English and French (additional languages such as German, Polish, Italian are a plus).
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse international teams.
