Regional Sales Manager – Custom Pool Builder
Territory: South Alabama & Florida Panhandle (Mobile to Panama City)
$100-$135K base + bonus ($150K OTE Year 1)
Relocation available

Our client is the Gulf Coast’s premier custom Gunite pool builder—and part of one of the top pool-building networks in the U.S. Backed by national scale and local expertise, they design and build luxury outdoor living spaces that blend artistry, engineering, and unmatched value.
They’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Custom Pool Builder to drive high-ticket sales across a prime regional market. This role is tailor-made for a high-performing individual contributor who also thrives as a team leader and mentor. You’ll be both the top designer and the strategic coach, building your own book while guiding a team of nationally ranked sales pros.
What You’ll Do
High-Value Sales & Custom Design (The Player)
  • Manage a full pipeline of high-intent leads, conducting in-home consultations and on-site visits
  • Design and sell fully custom Gunite pools and outdoor living spaces using 3D visualization software
  • Position the product as the best long-term investment through quality and value storytelling
  • Build referral pipelines by cultivating relationships with builders, architects, and designers
Leadership & Growth Strategy (The Coach)
  • Mentor a tenured team—including several top-10 national producers—in high-value sales
  • Recruit, train, and develop new Pool Design Consultants to master both design and sales strategy
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and drive performance toward aggressive revenue goals
  • Work cross-functionally to refine sales strategy and expand market share across the region
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience selling luxury, custom, or high-ticket items (e.g. remodeling, design-build, or custom construction)
  • Must have pool design sales experience. 
  • 3+ years leading and managing top-performing sales teams
  • Proven expertise in Gunite/concrete construction sales or complex design-build projects
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and familiarity with 3D design tools (or a fast learner)
  • Skilled at articulating value and justifying premium construction to discerning buyers
  • Deep knowledge of South Alabama and Florida Panhandle’s residential/commercial markets
