C.H.I. Overhead Doors, a division of Nucor, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager in Cincinnati, OH. This role will support dealer and distributor accounts throughout Ohio and the western side of Pennsylvania. This remote, field-based sales role is ideal for candidates with multi-state territory management experience, strong relationship-building and presentation skills, and the ability to drive new business growth while managing a high-travel sales territory.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of multi-state territory management experience within manufacturing or the building products industry
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel up to 75% throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania
• Strong territory management and business development skills
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management preferred
• Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking abilities
• Ability to negotiate, close sales, and manage dealer relationships
• Experience managing distributor or dealer networks preferred
• Overhead door industry experience preferred
• Existing relationships within building products distribution channels preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role

Job Duties
• Develop and grow existing dealer and distributor accounts throughout the assigned territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and market development
• Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations tailored to customer needs
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and service
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities
• Manage territory performance, sales pipeline, and CRM documentation
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities within the region
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, technical teams, and leadership to improve customer experience
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide consultative sales support
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Travel extensively throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania to support customer relationships and territory growth
