Job Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Midwest Region is responsible for driving sales growth, developing channel partners, and expanding market presence for ZEKS Air Treatment products-including dryers, filters, condensate management, and related air treatment solutions. This role manages distributor relationships, end user engagement, and territory strategy to achieve annual revenue, margin, and share of wallet objectives.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth -

  • Achieve annual sales targets for the Midwest territory.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive penetration of ZEKS Air Treatment products.

Channel & Distributor Management -

  • Manage and support authorized distributors throughout the Midwest region.
  • Conduct regular distributor business reviews, performance evaluations, and joint sales planning.
  • Provide product training, competitive positioning, and pricing support to distributor teams.

Customer & Market Engagement -

  • Build strong relationships with end users, OEMs, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, technical consultations, and solution based selling.
  • Gather market intelligence including competitive activity, pricing dynamics, and emerging trends.

Territory & Account Management -

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM entries for all opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans for high potential customers and regional key accounts.
  • Prioritize accounts to maximize coverage and optimize time in the field.

Cross-Functional Collaboration -

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service to support customer needs.
  • Provide real time voice of customer feedback for product enhancements or new product development.
  • Support trade shows, distributor training events, and industry conferences.

Operational Excellence -

  • Ensure compliance with corporate pricing policies, margin objectives, and sales processes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on territory performance.
  • Manage travel, expenses, and territory budgets responsibly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, compressed air, or related sectors.
  • 5+ years of experience with air treatment solutions (dryers, filtration, condensate management).
  • 5+ years of experience in distributor/channel management.
  • 1+ years of experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.

Salary:

The pay range for this role is $126,000 - $154,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
