    Regional Sales Executive


    Objective:

    As a Regional Sales Executive, you will proactively acquire, develop, and retain long-term customer relationships in your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and expand the relationship with our customers, strategically managing a large portfolio of accounts, and maximize their business opportunity across the Million Air Network. You will also collaborate with our General Managers to capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through market development and solution-oriented selling.


    Responsibilities / Duties

    The Regional Sales Executive's responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to the following:

    • Achieveandexceedmonthlyandannualsalesgoalsthroughpipelinemanagementandproactive customer engagement.
    • Collaboratecross-functionallywithlocalGeneralManagerstoachieveandexceedsalesgrowth
    • Negotiatesandexecutesfuelpricing andservicefeesforoperatorsacrossour
    • UtilizeaData-Drivenapproachto enhance existing sales forecasts and performance targets, using market intelligence and data analysis to guide entrepreneurial decision-making.
    • Ensure everytailistouched,trackingandengagingwithalltransientcustomers,optimizinghangar occupancy, and reviewing tenant status to maximize revenue.
    • Responsible formeetingsalesKPIs,achievinggrowthandrevenuetargets,andreportingresultsdirectly to management.
    • Cross-SellingMillionAirServices -Promoteadditionalservices,includingmaintenance,charter, overnight tenant hangarage, and other FBO offerings at other locations.
    • AssistinNegotiatingandExecutinghangar
    • UtilizeCRM&Reportingtoolstologsalesactivity,trackcustomerinteractions,monitorfuelandhangar sales, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
    • Travel regularly to engage customers face-to-face and uncover new market opportunities (approximately every other week).
    • Attend industry events and trade shows
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Reporting Relationships


    Reports directly to the Executive Vice President Business Development

    Work Environment

    This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.

    Position Type and Hours of Work

    This is an Exempt position. This position may require working evenings and weekends, and on company scheduled holidays.

    Travel

    Travel is expected for this position. Possible travel may include industry trade shows, sales opportunities, and assisting other locations.

    Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications

    • Bachelor'sDegreeorequivalentpreferablyinSalesor Marketing,Aviation,orrelatedfieldof
    • 2-5years'experienceinsales/accountprospectingenvironmentExperienceinaviationa plus.
    • Mustdemonstrateawillingnesstocontinuouslyimprovesalesandthecustomer
